DAY ONE

We Visit:

From 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

(Hike to Huaynapicchu Mountain, the Sun Gate, and the sunset)

Our Mchupicchu Wonder tour starts by collecting you from your Hotel. We then have 10 minutes van transfer to the train station. At 6:00 am we take the first train in Cusco or at 8:00 am in the Sacred Valley to Machupicchu located at Km 112 (69 miles) northwest of Cusco. Afterwards, we take the bus to Machupicchu Inca city.

Our hike starts from Machupicchu 2,400 mts (7,920 ft) high to Huaynapicchu 2.800 mts (9240 ft). We have to climb 400 mts (1,320 ft). it is a fascinating hike, enjoying incredible views. Upon reaching the top their are unbelievable views surrounding Machupicchu city. It is a fantastic dream made real in the middle of heaven (the mountains).

We then walk up to The Sun Gate. On the way up the views are incredible. Mama Kuna grave is a rock carving and Inca altar, higher up is one of the last check points of Machupicchu and the original Inca trail. Coming back to Machupicchu, we lunch at the Sanctuary lodge reataurant.

At around 3:00 pm. Machupicchu starts to empty as the days tourists leave to catch the last train. This is a special time to take pictures and to enjoy the amazing sunset in lush nature.

Then, we take the bus down Aguas Calientes town; where we spend a night. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. We ended up leaving you in your Hotel.

End of the day.

If you stay in the sanctuary lodge hotel, their is no need to take the bus as the hotel is within the grounds of Machupicchu.

DAY TWO

We Visit:

From 6:00 am to 7:00 pm

(Machupicchu, the sunrise and the tour of city) 

Our day starts early in the morning we take the first bus at 6:00 am to visit Machupicchu and enjoy the sunrise from the Guardian House. The rising sun, its shadows, the reflections on astronomical observatories and on the Incan Altars were, and still are, very important for farming, religion and festivities celebration. Today it is a famous natural phenomenon on the gateway to the Amazon (Machupicchu).

After this, we start the tour from the Guardian House, the best look out post and postcards viewpoints are here. The tour involves walking and visiting each sector, section by section. It is a meeting with the Inca legacy, and its energy and is connected step by step with each enclosure, temple, and altar within nature. The city is incredible in any season.

After a guided tour, we have lunch at a Restaurant in Aguas calientes. In the afternoon, we will return to Cusco by train. we have 15 minutes van transfer from the train station to the Hotel. we ended up leaving you in your Hotel. End of service.
