DAY ONE
(Cusco Casa Cusi Cusipata Casa Cusi)
Our program two days - one night is specialy adapted to you; it is a grand adventure of rafting and camping on the upper Urubamba River . The journey starts by collecting you from your Hotel at around 9:00 am and then we take a bus drive of around one hour and forty five minutes through Casa Cusi base camp which is equipped with toilets, dressing room and sauna. Here we will give you the rafting equipment: helmet, life vest, a dress of neo- preno and a waterproof jacket.
Afterwards your guide will fully explain the does and don´ts on the raft an inform you off all health and safety issues.
Our tour starts at the base camp, flanked by beautiful high hills. You will enjoy around 2 hours rafting on an inflatble boat to Quiquijana, the rapids are in class 2 or more than 3, and without any doubt you will have an unforgettable experience in the Sacred River Wilkamayu. Then we travel back to the base camp of CASA CUSI by bus where we relax with a hot water shower and sauna.
We enjoy a delicious lunch at the camp afterwards. If you want to relax our tents will be ready for you to rest. In the afternoon we have hot drinks watching the sun go down in the middle of the Andes. At night a traditional dinner for all of us.
DAY TWO
(Casa Cusi Puente Acomayo Casa Cusi Cusco) Our journey starts with breakfast under the blue skies of the Andes and then we travel 15 minutes by bus to Puente Acomayo where we start our tour with further safety instructions.
Here you can enjoy two and a half hours rafting on an inflatable boat. The rapids are in class 3 or more than 4, enjoying the rapids down river, we return to the base camp of CASA CUSI where we relax in a hot water shower and sauna. After a delicious lunch, we return to Cusco.
We ended up leaving you in your hotel.
