Chinchero is famous for its Sunday market, where even today it is possible to see native weavers in a private weaving demonstrations and vestiges of its great past, particularly popular with those interested in Andean textiles.

We then visit The Church has impressive works of art from Cusco school. It has a colonial fresco around the portico. Inside it is very beautiful, with entirely painted walls and ceiling of multicolored flowers and patterns, all made with natural pigments.

After the church visit. We will walk around The Incan Place must have been very important because its facade presents openings of triple jamp that by themselves indicate its category. There are two Wacas (shrines) carved on outcrop limestone formations; today they are known as Chincana and Titiqaqa.

We then have a Packed lunch and then we head towards Maras is about 50 kms towards the northwest of Cusco. Its altitude is at 3,300 mts. (10,824 ft). It was a pre-Inca settlement and around this area there are a large amount of pottery pieces from the Chanapata culture. Its occupation began when the Cusquenian Inca noblemen were dispossessed of their palaces. Many of its houses are emblazoned with Spanish nobility coats of arms on their lintels.

After Maras town , we will visit Moray is about 7 kms (4.3 miles) southwest from the dusty roads of Maras. It was an experimental biological station where the Incas domesticated and acclimatised wild vegetable species.
